You must complete your health benefits by August 23rd, to ensure that you will get your health & dental cards by September 1st, 2021. If you are an hourly employee, you must complete your K-Pay onboarding in order to be able to punch in/out.  Please keep track of your time in the meant time.
 
In your blue folder, you have the material printed out for you except for the Blue Cross Blue Shield plan summary. Click Here are all the documents pertaining to NMA Benefits.

TIME TRACKING AND REQUESTING TIME OFF: 
 
HOW CAN I TRACK MY WORKING HOURS FOR PAYROLL?
You would clock in/out via either the two clocks located in the Bus Entrance and the Main Office or Mobile App or your computer.  Here is the instruction to see the punches you made and the change requests to fix your miss punches or missing punches.  Currently, your badge is not working with the time clocks yet.  Please use your last four SS # until IT fix the issue.
 
HOW DO I REQUEST TIME OFF? 
You can request time off via the K-Pay system.  Click here for instructions. 
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES
DOES NMA OFFER ANY PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT?
Yes, there are funds available for each staff member, you must connect with your supervisor and discuss your plan.  Once it is approved, you need to fill out this form here.
